Summary:Officers Hear Defense Plans. OFFICERS HEAR DEFENSE PLANS Three reserve officers spoke on "National Defense Week" at a meeting of the Reserve Officers' Association today at the Arctic Club. In observance of the period from Lincoln's birthday to Washington's birthday, work of their respective divisions was discussed by Capt. William Kyle, Air Corps Reserve; Capt. William E. Millikin, Field Artillery Reserve, and Maj. E. W. Torep, Coast Artillery Reserve. Col. Abbott Boone, United States Army, presided. Lieut. Robert E. Levy, general chairman for the programs in Seattle, announced that cooperation has been promised Lieut. Richard Weisfield, chairman of the legislative relations committee, in letters from United States Senators Homer T. Bone and Lewis B. Schwellenbach and Congressman Warren G. Magnuson.
