The bill would give the secretary of the interior authority to pur' chase or acquire by power of public domain reindeer, range equipment and other property necessary for a reindeer industry. These, in turn, would be passed on to the Eskimos and Indians. The measure, returned In the senate for action on several amendments, provides an appropriation of two million dollars.
