Summary:Maiden Plans Arctic Wedding MAIDEN PLANS ARCTIC WEDDING VALLEY, Wash., Aug. 21.—Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Kelly announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Vera Kelly, to R. M. Summers of Petersburg, Alaska. The wedding is to take place there next May at the end of the school year. Miss Kelly is returning to Petersburg August 28 to teach her fifth year in the Alaskan school. She teaches third grade and is supervisor of music, and Mr. Summers teaches high school mathematics and physics. They will live in Alaska. Miss Kelly has just returned from the summer in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
