Paisley, postal inspector, has just returned from an Alaskan trip, where he testified at Ketchikan against two embezzling postmasters. He says it was so warm he didn't need "I wasn't cold once until I got back to Seattle and there I thought I would freeze to death. All the time I was in Alaska it was colder in Seattle than there," he said. One of the postal employees he tes- half Eskimo and a widow. She pleaded guilty but sentence was deferred until April to allow her to make arrangements for the care of her two children. The other, a man, is now in: McNeil island serving two years.
