H., was on his way south today on the liner Alaska with a real trophy, the hide of one of the largest brown bear ever killed in Alaska. The skin squares 11 feet, without being stretched, and the skull measures 11 by 18% inches, he said. The animal was one of two killed on the Alaska Peninsula. Other trophies, which will be added to Peterson's museum collection include eight stony rams and two goats, taken in the upper Stikin river area, in the interior from Wrangell.
