(U.P.)—The Alaska-Juneau mining company at Juneau, one of the largest gold producers in the world, was the most interesting site reported by Dr. F. A. Thompson, president ol the Montana school of Mines. Butte, Monlt., and 22 students fol- lowing their tour of Alaska. They arrived in Seattle Sunday on the steamer Victoria. The party was aboard the North Sea ' when she hit a rock south of Ketchikan, Alaska, several dayis ago. They were transferred to the steamer Victoria and taken south.
