(U.P)—The Alaste-Juneau mining company at Juneau, one of the largest gold producers in the world, was the most interesting site reported by Dr. F. A. Thompson, president ot the Montana school of Mines. Butte, Moult., and 22 students following their tour of Alaska. They arrived in Seattle Sunday on the steamer Victoria. The party was aboard the North Sea when she hit a rock south of Ketchikan, Alaska, several deyis ago. They were transferred to the steamer Victoria and taken south.
