(AP)—A study of the feasibility of constructing a highway to connect the northwestern part of the United States with British Columbia, Yukon territory and Alaska, in cooperation with Canada, was proposed today in a bill introduced by Delegate Sutherland, Alaska. The measure would authorise the president to designate two special commisoners to cooperate with Canadian representatives in making a study of the proposal and to determine if it were economically practicable. The bill would authorize $25,000 for the survey.
