Nickerson docked the crippled steamship North Sea shortly after 2.am. here today-- 47 hours after the craft grounded near Dixon Entrance in soupy fog. In contrast with the tired captain were twenty-nine laughing and singing passengers of the 143 who originally sailed North from Seattle. The remainder, bound for northern points, had been transferred to the steamship Victoria or landed at destinations by the Coast Guard cutter Alert. Capt. A. W. Nickerson of the North Sea has not given a detailed report c of the damage.
