Summary:A seasonal changes were studied of metabolism erythrocyte and hemoglobin amount in blood of Microtus arvalis PalI. under conditions of the Ukraine. The indices of metabolism intensiveness and hemoglobin content change in seasons almost synchronously, except for winter, when a high level of oxygen consumption is observed with the lowest hemoglobin content in blood.
