The Alaska-Yukon Pacific Exposition happened in 1909 which further shaped the campus and added new buildings. Many graduation ceremonies took place in the old Meany Hall auditorium building, which was built as part of the Alaska-Yukon Pacific Exposition. The old Meany Hall was destroyed in 1965.
