This view was taken by a friend of August Nilson at the time of the Alaska-Yukon Pacific Exposition , Seattle, Wash. 1909. The scene is a street car wreck on University Way area. There were serious injuries. The accident was never recorded or published and inquiries never acknowledged. Street cars were the principal means of access to the exposition and reports of accidents was not considered good publicity.
