Summary:Text of document: Know all men by these presents: That the Hoo Hoo House, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Washington, with its principal office in Seattle, King County, Washington, for good and valuable considerations, does give, grant and convey unto the Board of Regents of the Univesrity of Washington, for the use and benefit of the University of Washington, that one certain frame clubhouse known as the Hoo Hoo House, situated immediately east of the Forestry Building in the grounds of the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition, in Seattle, King County, Washington, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging. . Signed by Charles E. Patten and Fred H. Gilman, President and Secretary of the Hoo Hoo House.
