Summary:Excerpts from text: . the party of the first part, as lessor, does hereby lease and demise unto the party of the second part, from the day of October, 1906 until the first day of January 1910, the following described lands: Section Sixteen (16), Township Twenty-Five (25) North, Range Four (4) East, W.M. in King County, State of Washington, for the exclusive purpose of constructing, maintaining, conducting, and operating an exposition on said grounds, provided, always that the same shall not in any way interfere with or disturb the University of the State of Washington in carrying out its regular work of education under the authority vested in it by the laws of the State of Washington.
