| Summary: | This is a map I obtained from our Russian visitor, the head of their academy of sciences. His excuse for why the Russians had dumped in the Arctic Ocean and in the area of Kamchatka, which are shown on this map as circles, is because he says that the United States has dumped material into the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, and Gulf of Mexico. On this map, he shows the United States dumping off our coasts around our country. It also shows the English and French dumping radioactivity in the ocean off of England and off of France and Spain. This is an absolute lie. The United Kingdom, France, and Germany have not dumped their waste into the ocean and neither has the United States. They are making this lie up so they can have an excuse as to why they dumped their radiation in the Arctic Ocean and off Kamchatka in the Pacific. These are 2 areas where they show their waste and where they have dumped it. Their excuse is that you people have dumped it so we can dump it, but that’s a lie because we do not dump it in the ocean.
