Note from researcher: This image has to come from after 1940 when the CCC added the Many Faces bear crest to the outside of the house and when the new Na-chee-su-na totem pole was erected at the entrance to the island. The title and numbering on the postcard also indicate that this image was likely a postcard made by Otto Schallerer, a photographer based in Ketchikan who documented the work of the CCC totem parks for the U.S. Forest Service.
