Description
Summary:This article analyzes, from a perspective linked to globocentrism and coloniality, the struggle of Latin American thought between the modernizing and identitarian currents based on the analysis of four works: Facundo, by Domingo Sarmiento; Bases, by Juan Bautista Alberdi; Iniciativa de la América, by Francisco Bilbao; and Nuestra América, by José Martí.
