Mandarin Duck ( Aix galericulata )

Mandarin Ducks, congeners of the Wood Duck, are small, colorful ducks native to Japan, Korea, and eastern China. Frequently introduced as pinioned waterfowl in domesticated settings they now occur commonly in Europe, Iceland, and North America.
