Summary:Using themethodofvertical-plate alkaline electrophoresis in polyacrylamid gel we have separated the ferment-containing buffer-triton tissue extracts of the larvae, pupae and male imago of the wild-type Drosophila. After the electrophoresis, the gel was exposed to the incubatory medium (p^ 7,4) contained a- and в—naphtilacetates, Prussian blue, as well as the salts ofone- and twovalence (excepting germanium) metals. The level of activity ofsome esterases was determined by controlling the intensity of colouring ofthe different fractions corresponding to the ferment localization in gel, containing the products of azocoupling of naphtols and diazonium. It was found out that the majority ofions ofheavy metals has the inhibiting influence on esterases. At the same time the в-specific esterase can be activated by the ions of alkali elements. It is shown that metal-esterase complexes containing Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ are stable and have low level of the fermentative activity. The coefficients of inhibition ofthe allosimes of 5 and F в-specific es-terases oflarvae, pupae and imago by metal ions were calculated. The characteristics of the interallosime relationship ofthe expressivity level 5/Ffor each variant of experiment were determined. The question connected with ontogenetic sensibility ofthe carboesterases to metal ions is discussed. Используя метод вертикально-пластинчатого щелочного электрофореза в полиакриламидном геле, разделяли белки буферно-тритоновых экстрактов тканей личинок, куколок и самцов имаго дрозофилы дикого типа. После электрофореза гели выдерживали в инкубационной среде (рН 7,4), содержащей а- и р-нафтилацетаты, прочный синий, а также соли одно- и двухвалентных (за исключением германия) металлов. Уровень активности отдельных эстераз определяли по интенсивности окрашивания фракций, соответствующих локализации ферментов в геле и содержащих продукты азосочетания нафтолов и диазония.
