| Summary: | The purpose of the article is to analyze the activity of young people in dialogue with the Executive authorities of the Sverdlovsk region using innovative forms of communication. A comparison of the activity of youth of Sverdlovsk area with the activity of young people is a regional leader in the information transparency of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. The initial analysis showed that the range of innovative forms of communication in KHMAO Yugra is much wider, as well as they broadcast a greater number of bodies responsible for the interaction of the population and authorities, including young people. A striking difference was the presence of the institution to create a single platform with IT services and interactive feedback in the district, as well as the presence of the youth Parliament, changing the draft laws in terms of the interests of young people about the circle, and institutions under the Government, informing about youth Federal projects. The paper presents a classification of the forms of communication between the population and the government, provides an overview of the legal basis for the use of innovative forms of interaction with the population, including young people. The main hypothesis of the sociological survey of young people in Sverdlovsk region is that young people are not informed about the presence of innovative forms of interaction of Executive bodies and do not suspect that it would be possible to use social networks as a platform for communication, and that young people believe that cooperation is necessary to strengthen civil society and influence public policy.
