Golden Snow united in marriage Nyalene ' Fletcher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nyal Fletcher of Magrath and Craig Morrison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Wright of Logan, Utah. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was held at the home of Mr* and Mrsi Glenn Fletcher. Mes­dames Gloria Alston, Arlene Bennett, Marjorie Cole­man and Loree Brewerton were in charge of the dinner* Tribute to the bride was paid by her brother Glenn with the groom responding* Saturday evening the bride and groom were honored at a calling reception in the ffeg-rath Cultural Hall. DT* and Mrs. Elmo Fletcher and Mri and Mrs, Allen Fletcher greeted the guests at the door and Miss Mary Joe Morrison, sister of the groom presided at the gueat register^ For her wedding day the bride »hose as her attendants her sister Janet as maid of honors bridesmaids Ronda Rich, Lorraine Turner of Rosebarg, Oregon, Susan Morrison, sister of the groom from Logan, Utah, Carol Coleman, Joyce Becker of Omaha, Nebraska, Little Kari Fletcher, niece of the bride was flower girl, Glenn Fletcher was best man. The bridal attendants assisted by parents of the bride and groom joined the happy couple in receiving the many guests who called to extend their best wishes. The gift tables were arranged by Miss Leora Gurney, Miss Wendy Coleman, Mrs. Inger Shauffert and Miss Sharon Miller. Wedding cake was passed by Michelle Erickson, Kerry Lynn and Linda Hillmer. Lunch was served by the Misses Dianne Alston, Carol Wheeler, Lavina Jensen, Vicky and Vpnna Miller, Christal Harker, Susan Holladay, Rose Mary Briggs, Joy Harker and Judy Harris under the direction of Mrs. Sharon Haynes while the luncheon prep­arations were under the direction of Mrs. Winnie Ehlert assisted by Mesdames Lillian Taylor Gladys Sheer, Audrey Ririe, Ruth Johnson and Ruth Hovey. Music for the evening was favorite organ melodies by Miss Jane Kadonaga. After a honeymoon, the bride and groom will return to Logan where they are attending University. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rondo Robinson for the holiday season include their son Norman who has just returned from a two year mission in Denmark; their sons-in-law and daughters Mr. and Mrs. Steve Neilson and family of Provo and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Wilde and family of Logan, Utah. Brian Bennett has returned from a two and a half year Franco-Belgian Mission and is visit­ing his parents Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bennett in Spring Coulee. She will be joined by her husband Brian for Christmas. Jfegrath Zeniths in "A” League play were defeated 59-54. Donald Hamilton hooped 18 points in a losing cause. Saturday Dec. 20th Calgary’s Henry Wise Wood Warriers travelled to thgrath and were defeated by ffegrath Eagles 53-38. Bob Rice netted 14 points for top man. In the "A" game, Jfegrath Zeniths were overpowered 72— 64 by the Henry Wise Wood Warriors.
