ALBERTA FEDERATION OF WOMEN UNITED FOR FAMILIES There will be a meeting of the Alberta Federation of Women United For Families Wednesday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Magrath High School Library. This meeting is open to all members and interested persons (male & female). A portion of this meeting will be devoted to covering some of the highlights of the R.E.A.L. Women Convention that was held in Toronto in February. R.E.A.L. stands for Real, Equa. Active for Life which is our federal pro-family - pro-life voice. The purpose of these groups is to provide options for women. Instead of women being obligated to enter into the feminist mold of achieving success in the workplace - these organizations are working for changes in society both economically and socially so as to provide women with genuine options. These options include working outside the home in various fields and/or remaining in the home. A.F.W.U.F. and R.E.A.L. Women of Canada are working on many issues. I’m sure you will be interested to learn about and find them worthy of your support. LADIES GOLF CLUB MEETING 'Tuesday, March 26th at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Alma Whitt.
