DUTCH RELISH —1 qt. ground and peeled cuc'c.l qt. green tomatoes -(Ground) 1 qt. onions 2 green peppers 2 stalks celery 1 med. cabbage Grind all and put 1 cup salt over vegetables. Cover with boiling water. Let stand hour. Mix together 8 cups brown sugar- 1 cup flour and 2 qts. vinegar, 8 tbspA.mustari, 1 thsp. tumeric, 1 tbsp. curry powder. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 min.
