Several T.V.'s, several lawnmowers, one dishwasher and clothe's dryer were taken. A A A A A A Quick fix for eyeglasses If you lose a screw in your eyeglasses, insert a wooden toothpick through the hinge as a temporary replacement until you can get the glasses properly repaired. Break off the toothpick and it will hardly show. Magrath Council Council has decided to go ahead with the necessary upgrade to the computer and to add more valves & piping at the water plant. Total cost is $7,000.00. The Town has $2,500 and will be able to come up with the difference. The Lions Club has donated the sod, shrubs, flowers and the labor to get the work done for the landscaping at the new Library. Magrath citizens would like to see a wading pool added to the pool facilities. Under the "Vitalize for Life" Program - we may be able to get the grants necessary for this. Junior League: Magrath lost to Coaldale 12 - 7, but they came back with a 13 - 3 win against Lethbridge. The Magrath Zeniths won 16-8 against Claresholm.
