T-BALL NEWS Due to the heavy booking of ball dia-monds this year we are required to make some changes to our schedules. All games which were shown to be played on the N.E. diamond are to be played on the S.E. dia­mond. Please change your schedules accord­ingly. It is also imperative that games start at 4:00 o'clock sharp so that we can complete the games and leave the diamonds for the teams at 5:00 p.m. We encourage the parents to bring the players to the ball diamonds directly after school. We are also still in need of volunteers to work as assist­ant coaches and umpires. We look forward to your support. The High School Graduation will be held on Friday, May 22nd. Exercises will begin at 7 p.m. in the School Gym. Due to fire regulation^ the number of people allowed into the gym will be re­stricted and only ticket holders will be admitted to the exercises. Those peiple unable to attend the exercises are invited to meet the graduates in an Open House to be held in the courtyard be­tween the two gyms i . Friday evening the Diamond Willow their monthly birthday party celebrating Ann Rausch and Bert Gibb's birthdays. Ent­ertainment was provided by friends and rel­atives including John Ripley with a puppet show, his brother Joey gave a favorite read­ing of the families. Laura and Melodie Ripley performed a musical number on flute and piano. Evelyn Jensen gave a- humerous reading and Reece and Sarah Gibb sange a few musical numbers which brought back memories. Joe & Inez Gibb danced to an old time round dance and Sherron Webster per­formed a highland dance. We would like to thank all the entertainers who helped make our evening an enjoyable one. Dunn. Mrs. Linda Hillmer sang as a solo The Twenty Third Psalm acc­ompanied on the piano by Mrs. Judy Kesler. The closing hymn sung by the congregation was "Just As I Am", with beneditcion by Rev. Dunn. Pallbearers were her three sons, Allen, Robert and Ken Owens and her three grandsons Barry Owens, Ron Hillmer and Monte Owens. Interment took place in the family plot of the Magrath Cemetery.
