Absorption Rate by Ted Bouvier Your body is made to absorb a certain amount of nutrients at a time to provide energy to get you to your next meal. If you take in more than you can absorb, the excess will not be used to get you through the rest of the day. It will either be stored in fat storage, or go through your body’s disposal system. The amount that your body can absorb is determined by your metabolic rate, and lean body mass. The higher both of these are, the more your body can absorb at one time and use it more efficiently. The lower these are, the less you should be.eating at one time. Because your body can only absorb a certain amount each meal, you need to feed it 5-6 times a day in order for it to run at its optimum efficiency. You can leave them with Betty T, Joy J, or any U.C.W. member. The box is still at the Trading Co. store also* Please take care removing the labels, some have to be patched, and others discarded. They are working on a third van for an orphanage in Mexico. It takes over 1 M labels for a van so every one helps. Since we started, we have sent almost 10,GOO labels off. Thank you so much. Saving stamps also helps the Bible society. They can't keep up with the demand from developing countries that have never been permitted to have Bibles. Cut around at least 1/4". Please no more grocery tape slips. This project is no longer useable. Thank you so much for your support over the past 4 years, when we first started It has been a blessing. Faye Bort. The time is fast approaching for our 6th Annual NO-COST CLOTHING DAY!!! So remember us as you start sorting through your spring & summer clothes. This year is going to be REALLY REALLY BIG!!
