Let's work together and help with a mammoth handicraft and art display! A recent drop of interest in entering and lack of volunteers has stopped our fair for this year. However, a Mini Mart has been suggested instead. There are many beautiful works of art, handicrafts, and items made by you and your friends and family over the years that would add much to a display of Magrath work during our celebration. There are also people with handicrafts and items for sale who would like to have them on display. We propose to have tables and bulletin boards for you to put up your items for display or sale in any way you wish to display them. Volunteers who would help sit an hour and watch items during hours of viewing would be most appreciated. Bring and display your own items Friday, July 26th from 3:00 - 5:00 at the arena. Hours of opening: Friday, July 26th, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 27th 11:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please pick up your own items at 6:00 p.m. Thanks. For more information contact Elizabeth Olsen at 758-3156 or Joanne Wocknitz at 758-6295. AUCTION SALE: July 20th at 1:30 p.m. at the Arena. We have a good selection of items. THANK YOU: George and Joan Taylor and their family would like to express appreciation to their many friends here in Magrath for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to us on the passing of Mother Taylor.
