The Benediction was offered by Dan Davies. Matron Dorothy Fox thanked Mrs. Davies, the students, parents and those attending for the enjoyment they had contributed to the citizens of the Terrace. Norman Bengry passed away in Cardston Tuesday, June 12/79 at the age of 47 years. Survivors include his two sons- Bradord of Lethbridge, Brent of Nelson, B.C.; his mother Mrs. Laura Bengry of Cardston; two brothers Lawrence of Magrath, Russel at home; one sister Lorraine at home; and one grandson. Others spent their time in the gardens. It was a very enjoyable day. The next trip will be June 29th. We will go to Many Glaciers. If you would like to go and are 55 years or over, please phone and book a seat on the bus. These trips are not just for the residents of the Terrace but are for anyone from the area who would like to go. Please phone early so you will be sure of a seat. We have seats for 47 ' people and hope to fill them. Lunch will be served or you cam bring your own. Some of the residents still need a ride to Lethbridge. If you have any space in your car, they would appreciate a ride. We are sorry that Mr. Len Whitt has resigned as chairman of the Board. We wish him good health and hope he is soon better and home again. We are pleased to have Mr. Jim Ririe in Lett’s place.
