Multiply it by two, add three, multiply the result by five, add the number of living sisters, multiply the result by ten, add the number of dead brothers and sisters. Subtract one hundred and fifty from the result and the right hand figure will be the number of deaths, the middle figure the number of living sisters, and the left hand figure the number of living brothers, and darned if it wasn't!! veiyone loves a summer cookout, but bad news about the health risks of eating charcoal-broiled meats has put a damper on the backyard fun. The National Cancer Institute warns that meat cooked over a hot barbecue can contain cancer-causing chemicals, especially if fat drips onto the coals, sizzles and sends up a cloud of smoke. Luckily, you don’t have to give up outdoor cooking to avoid this risk. Just follow these rules: ♦ Pick low-fat cuts of meat and trim all visible fat. Remove skin from chicken. Fish is the leanest grilling choice of all. ♦ Microwave meat, chicken and fish until almost done, then drain off the juices and finish cooking on the grill. ♦ Wrap meat in foil to protect it from smoke. ♦ Lay foil over the coals to catch dripping fat. ’ •• ♦ Scrape any charred parts off the cooked meat before eating.
