| Summary: | Tato práce mapuje self-management studentů kombinované formy oboru Sociální pedagogika na UTB ve Zlíně. Přináší vymezení označení self-management a s ním spojených pojmů. Charakterizuje vysokoškolské studenty a role, které zastávají, věnuje pozornost jejich motivaci ke vzdělávání a organizaci studia. Zaměřuje se na podstatu efektivního učení a stres se ním spojený. Stručně charakterizuje sociální pedagogiku a její vývoj jako studijního oboru s důrazem na kompetence sociálního pedagoga, zejména ve vztahu k sebeřízení. Kvantitativním dotazníkovým šetřením rozděleným do oblastí motivace, organizace a studia zjišťuje, jaké okolnosti se podílí na motivaci ke studiu, jaké jsou nároky na organizaci a jak sami studenti přistupují ke studiu. This diploma thesis deals primarily with the self-management of students of the combined form of Social Pedagogy study at TBU Zlín. It introduces the definition of self-management and describes related terms. The thesis also characterizes university students and their various social roles, drawing attention to their motivation to learn and studies management. The thesis also focuses on the principles of effective learning and the stress that can be associated with it. It defines social pedagogy and its development as a field of study placing the emphasis on the social educator competence, especially in relation to self-management. The questionnaire survey, divided into the areas of motivation, organization and study, identified the circumstance contributing to the motivation to study, the management issues and the students 'attitudes to their studies.
