| Summary: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků úřadů práce, konkrétně dvou pracovišť, a to Úřadu práce České republiky-kontaktní pracoviště Brno-město a Úřadu práce České republiky-kontaktní pracoviště Karviná. Část teoretická je zaměřena na definice, příčiny, fáze a možnosti prevence syndromu vyhoření. Dále také obsahuje charakteristiku a náplň práce referentů zaměstnanosti těchto dvou úřadů. Součástí této bakalářské práce je výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, který se zabývá mírou vyhoření s ohledem na věk a délku praxe referentů a také zjištěním, zda se sami pracovníci brání, a jak, syndromu vyhoření, dále se snaží zjistit jejich pracovní spokojenost a jejich pohled na prevenci poskytovanou ze strany zaměstnavatele. The thesis deals with the Burnout Syndrome among the Labour Offices Workers, specifically at the two offices, namely at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic-contact workplace Brno-city and at the Labour Office of the Czech Republic-concact workplace Karviná. The theoretical part is focused on the definition, causes, phases, coping and the possibilities of burnout prevention. It also contains the characteristic and the work description of the labour offices workers at these two workplaces. The part of this thesis is the questionnaire research, which deals with the rate of burnout with regard to the age and the length of the work exprerience and tries to figure out their work satisfaction.
