| Summary: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou postavení seniorů ve společnosti a možnostmi jejich uplatnění. Bylo sledováno, jak své postavení vnímají hlavně sami senioři, jaké jsou jejich koníčky a záliby. Senioři mohou nalézt uplatnění především ve dvou oblastech, a těmi jsou pomoc s rodinnou výchovou a vykonávání některých profesí. Profese mohou být na zkrácený či plný úvazek s ohledem na zdraví a fyzickou aktivitu seniora. Společnost nabízí seniorům velkou škálu možností realizace a seberealizace,a to je v důchodovém věku velmi prospěšné jak pro samotného seniora, tak pro celou společnost. Velmi často senioři zastávají místa, která nejsou obsazena nebo vyhledávána mladší generací. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issues of social status of seniors and with possibilities of their use. It was observed how the seniors feel their social status themselves, personally, and their hobbies were pursued as well. The seniors can find the use in the society in two main fields, the first one is help with family upbrinding and the second one is doing some professions. Seniors can be in full- or part-time employment with regard to their health and physical activity status. The society offers to seniors a lot of possibilities of their own realization and it is in this age very beneficial for seniors themselves as well as for the whole society.
