Collection data, 16S microbiome and metabolome of Geodia barretti, Stryphnus fortis and Weberella bursa, in the Davis Strait

Collection data of the marine sponge specimens studied; three species: Geodia barretti, Stryphnus fortis and Weberella bursa. Collection data includes locality, depth, salinity, bottom temperature, gear, date, cruise and station# and a collection number for every specimen (DFO Canada collections). N...

Description
Summary:Collection data of the marine sponge specimens studied; three species: Geodia barretti, Stryphnus fortis and Weberella bursa. Collection data includes locality, depth, salinity, bottom temperature, gear, date, cruise and station# and a collection number for every specimen (DFO Canada collections). NCBI SRA# of the 16S gene amplicon sequencing of their microbiome. Numbers of the UPLC-HRMS runs (four different modes for every specimen: HILIC+, HILIC-, RP+ and RP-). The raw UPLC-HRMS datasets are deposited in the repository metabolights (www.ebi.ac.uk/metabolights/MTBLS1388). QC runs are Quality Control runs for the UPLC-HRMS experiment (also deposited in metabolights).
