Summary: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara rinci bagaimana Upaya tutor PAI dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar warga belajar Kejar Paket C di PKBM Bustanul Muslimin . Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memberi makna terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan dari makna itulah ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi belajar PAI warga belajar paket C di PKBM bustanul Muslimin dapat dikategorikan sedang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi dilihat absensi kehadiran siswa sekitar 75%. Sebagian besar warga belajar mencatat apa yang dijelaskan oleh tutor PAI saat pelajaran. Tetapi ada juga warga belajar yang tidak memperhatikan tutor saat menjelaskan materi pelajaran, mereka lebih memilih bercerita, ngobrol sendiri dan kadang mainan hp. Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, metode sami This study aims to describe in detail how the PAI tutor's efforts in increasing the learning motivation of Kejar Paket C learners at PKBM Bustanul Muslimin. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected and from that meaning conclusions were drawn. The results of the study showed that the PAI learning motivation of package C learners at PKBM Bustanul Muslimin can be categorized as moderate. Based on the results of interviews and observations, student attendance was around 75%. Most learners took notes on what the PAI tutor explained during the lesson. But there were also learners who did not pay attention to the tutor when explaining the lesson material, they preferred to tell stories, chat by themselves and sometimes play with their cellphones.
