Summary:Estimation of innovative activity of the enterprise is carried out with the help of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The quantitative measurable indicators include internal research and development, purchase of foreign studies, acquisition of external knowledge (rights to use the patents, trade marks etc), acquisition of equipment for the implementation of the innovation project of manufacture of new products, processes and methods of delivery, personnel training for the development and implementation of innovations, planning and implementing new methods of organization. Qualitative indicators include information and characteristics, level of education personnel. Assessment of qualitative indices makes it possible to form an idea of the innovation potential and the innovative component of the personnel potential of the enterprise. For increase of innovative activity of the enterprise requires a specially designed and implemented the strategy of innovations, including personnel policy, and for the manifestation of innovative activity of individual groups of workers – development of their labour potential. Innovative activity of personnel due to the presence of a culture of innovation at the enterprise, the manifestations of which can be considered as the creation of conditions for creative solutions to problems, encouraging motivated employees, willingness and adoption of innovations. Condition for the initiation of innovative activity of the person is the presence of personal qualities (special knowledge and skills, educational potential, potential psycho physiological, moral potential and communicative potential) in conjunction with certain intellectual abilities. To measure the degree of innovation activity of the person we have carried out a sociological study of workers of hotel enterprises located on the territory of the South of Tyumen region and Khanty-Mansiysk-Yugra.
