| Summary: | Záměrem této bakalářské práce je připravit podklady na zrealizování podnikatelského záměru. Přesným záměrem je zřízení chráněného bydlení. Tento objekt bude sloužit k ubytování a poskytování péči lidem, kteří se o sebe už nemůžou postarat sami. V teoretické části budou popsány možnosti dotací, financování a možné varianty řešení tohoto záměru. V praktické části budou aplikovány všechny informace, které budou postupně zjištěny v části první. Na závěr budou zhodnoceny všechny varianty. The aim of this bachelor work is to lay a foundation for the implementation of a business plan. In particular, the goal of the business is to provide secured accommodation. The building intended for this purpose is going to serve people who cannot take care of themselves anymore. In the theoretical part there will be described ways of donation, funding and possible options of the actual realization of the business plan. All of the information which will have been discovered in the theoretical part will be applied in the practical part. At the end of this work all of the options will be evaluated. B
