Summary:Je zrejme, ze stejne tak jako ostatnf Puvodnf narody Severu, Sibire a Dalneho vychodu RF, prochazf nenecke etnikum dalekosahlymi promenami, ve velice rychle se menicim kontextu naseho sveta. Zmeny a s nimi spojeny neustaly rozvoj techto narodu nas stavi pred celou radu novych vyzkumnych otazek, ktere zaeinajf u tradieniho zpusob zivota a hodnot z jejich nejruznejsich stranek a konef u otazek, ktere si pfislusnici techto narodu zadavaji pri hledanf sebe sarna v soueasnem modernim globalizovanem svete. Mohou to byt otazky tykajici se folkloru, otazky tykajfci se tradieniho zpusobu produkce, ale stejne tak si napriklad muzeme klast otazku, zda kompenzace ureene na podporu tradieniho zpusobu hospodarstvi tento zpusob tradieniho zivota skuteene podporuje nebo diky nim muze postupne zanikat, z duvodu jednoduchosti "vyplnit formular" a tedy nehospodafit a tim i prispivat k postupnemu zaniku. As an introduction to this problem we provide a brief survey to the history and different ways of dealing with the problems of native people in the Tsar era and during the Soviet period, too. Next part of this work describes traditional lifestyle of the Nenets people during all four seasons of the year. Described is material and also spiritual culture. Consequent part IS dedicated to the legislative branch of the state government on the relationship with the native people.
