Description
Summary:During my interviews with teenage skinheads their insightful answers suprised me. I wanted to speak with them on neutral grounds, but then I decided, for convenience, to invite them to my home. This offer was reseived with amazement. It ment that I was not scared of having them at my home and showed my determination to know more about them and their motives. They were very communicative and honest, which I did not expect. I thought that they would be bald and would be wearing bomber jackets and DocMartens boots. The reality did not match the stereotypes as these teenage skinheads were much like other teenagers in appearance. I saw only few indications of their subculture (sewn-on patches, badges on their trousers, safety pins on the boots). Some of them had bomber jackets. These teenagers are still developing unlike the previous generations of skinheads. It can bee seen clearly by the clothes they wear, by the asseseries they choose, and the way they conducts themselves. My first hypothesis about the attendance of youth centre was not varified. However, I came across interesting jargon which they are using. They used normal words with rather meanings, for example "fight", "riot", and "meeting" means organized group fight, fight for political and social reasons, and spontaneous fight respectively. Fight is. Mládež a děti mají mnoho volného času.
