| Summary: | Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem narušené komunikační schopnosti doprovázející Parkinsonovu nemoc. Je standardně rozdělena na dvě části- teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsou, s využitím dostupné odborné české i zahraniční literatury, zpracovány současné poznatky o této neurodegenerativní chorobě. V práci je popsána její etiologie, symptomatologie a možnosti diagnostiky a léčby. Dále jsou zpracovány dostupné informace o narušené komunikační schopnosti provázející toto onemocnění. Nejčastěji se u nemocných Parkinsonovou chorobou lze setkat s hypokinetickou, či hyperkinetickou dysartrií a dysfagií. Zmíněny jsou i další přidružené obtíže v komunikaci jako amimie či porozumění řeči. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je věnována pozornost logopedické intervenci, stručně je popsána terapie, diagnostika a vliv farmakologie a neurochirurgických zákroků na komunikační schopnosti jedinců s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Výzkumná část analyzuje komunikační schopnosti osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Hlavním cílem bylo zmapovat narušenou komunikační schopnost pomocí Testu 3F: Dysartrický profil a pomocí strukturovaných a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů zjistit, jaké obtíže nejvíce vnímají sami klienti a jejich okolí. U všech zkoumaných osob byla provedena osobní i rodinná anamnéza, vždy zaměřená na obtíže v. This diploma thesis presents an analysis of speech impairments accompanying Parkinson's disease. This paper is divided into two sections - theoretical and practical. The first section gives a brief overview of available Czech and foreign literature and articles about this neurodegenerative disease. The section examines the questions of its aetiology, symptomatology, diagnostics and treatment. There can be found also a description of speech impairment connected with this disease, which is mainly hypokinetic and hyperkinetic dysarthria and dysphagia. It also deals with the problem of other limitations in communication such as facial bradykinesia or speech intelligibility. In the last chapter of theoretical part is described speech therapy and intervention with the emphasis on therapy, diagnostics and the effects of pharmacology an non-pharmacological treatment such as deep brain stimulation on speech performance in Parkinson's disease. The research part analyses speech impairment of people with Parkinson's disease. The aim of this diploma thesis was examination of this speech impairment using the Test 3F: Dysarthria profile and patient's own perception of this specific speech disorder.
