El proyecto “CONSTRUCCION DE VIVIENDA EN EL SECTOR SAN MARTIN” fue originado bajo la necesidad de renovación urbanística que requiere el centro de la ciudad, una iniciativa respaldada por la ALCADIA LOCAL DE SANTA FE. Observamos que el sector San Martín ubicado entre la Calle 26 hasta la Diagonal 34 (Calle 34) y entre la Carrera Séptima y la Carrera Quinta” en el centro de la ciudad presenta un déficit habitacional, esto tiene sus orígenes en que la tenencia de la tierra (lotes), se encuentra concentrado en unos pocos que lo subutilizan. Además con los años se ha presentado el deterioro de la infraestructura vial, el ocupamiento de los andenes, y la alta población indigente existente en esta zona. Como posible soluciones se plantearon dos alternativas: Alternativa Uno: El proyecto de construcción de viviendas consiste en diseñar y construir dentro del área seleccionada un conjunto dual de casas y apartamentos. Alternativa Dos: Otorgar créditos y servicios a los propietarios del sector de San Martin, para la auto remodelación de sus viviendas. The project "HOUSING CONSTRUCTION SECTOR SAN MARTIN" was originated under the necessity of urban renewal that requires the city center, an initiative backed by the Mayor LOCAL SANTA FE. We note that the San Martin area located between 26th Street to Diagonal 34 (Calle 34), between Seventh and Race Fifth Race "in the center of the city has a housing deficit, that has its origins in the tenure land (lots), is concentrated in a few that underutilized. Also over the years has presented the deterioration of road infrastructure, the occupations of the platforms, and existing high indigent population in this area. As possible solutions are proposed two alternatives: Alternative One: The housing project is to design and build within the area selected a dual set of houses and apartments. Alternative Two: Provide credit and services to the owners of the area of San Martin, for self remodeling their homes.
