That is my only excuse for not writing sooner to thank you for your "Photo" which I got quite safe.On Sunday afternoon I was looking over a book of views, and came on one of the Muir Glacier Alaska with a short account of it, which02016[27 Aug 1895] [5]I was very busy last winter, with school and music pupils, but had not quite so many the summer half, but now that I have got rested and recruited, I hope to have a good school when I re-open in September.With kind regardsYours sincerelyJane Mather02016 [2]I read with interest.I have been spending a fortnight's holiday here with an Edinburgh friend, and we have both enjoyed Oban immensely, and have had some delightful trips. Yesterday we went to Loch Awe and had a sail of six hours on the lake, last week I was at Glencoe and other places.[3]I expect to be home next week. My house has been let since the 30th of July. Dunbar was very full when I left. every house let for August.Mrs. Lunam and Maggie are in Edinb. Maggie and I went to St Cuthberts one Sunday evening, and heard Dr. MacGregor I expect to see them again next week, when I return to Edinburgh
