Dry but cldy[cloudy] down to about 2 or 3000 feet with occasional glimpses up to 4 or 5000. The many gls[glaciers] made wonderful show beginning with the Brady & ending for the day with the Yakutat. Some 10 reach the level of sea but though large & fed by [ftns] so high & lavishly snow laden not one sends off bergs. While the other flank of the range sends no fewer than 9 berg-producing gls[glaciers] to the sea in Gl[acier] Bay.
