Summary:U teoretskom dijelu završnog rada govoriti će se prvo o poduzeću pa općenito o tlačnoj opremi i tlačnim posudama te o potrebnom postupku zavarivanja (MIG/MAG). Nadalje, opisane su zahtijevane norme („HRN EN ISO 15609-1“, „HRN EN ISO 9606-1:2017“ i „HRN EN ISO 15614-1 + PED 2014/68/EU“) kao i karakteristike osnovnog materijala (S355J2+N). U praktičnom dijelu će biti prikazana sva izrađena dokumentacija o atestaciji postupaka i zavarivača u svrhu odobrenja konstrukcije od tijela za ocjenu sukladnosti. Također, biti će prikazan i objašnjen sami atest postupaka i zavarivača u tvrtki kao i rezultati laboratorijskih ispitivanja i izdanih certifikata. In the theoretical part of the final work, we will first talk about the company and then about pressure equipment and pressure vessels in general and the required welding procedure (MIG/MAG). Furthermore, the required standards („HRN EN ISO 15609-1“, „HRN EN ISO 9606-1:2017“ i „HRN EN ISO 15614-1 + PED 2014/68/EU“) as well as the charactheristics of the base material are described (S355J2+N). In the practical part, all the prepared documentation on the attestation of procedures and welders for the purpose of approval of the structure by the conformity assessment body will be presented. Also, the attestation of procedures and welders in the company as well as the results of laboratory tests and issued certificates will be presented and explained.
