Summary:National audience The aim of this study is to complete the morphological description of Gironde glass eels according to a physiological parameter, the growth hormone. The most credible hypothesis is that the first incoming glass eels show a smaller distress level than the last ones. L`objectif de ce travail est de compléter la caractérisation morphologique des civelles entrant dans l`estuaire de la Gironde par un paramètre physiologique, le taux d`hormone de croissance. L`hypothèse la plus plausible est que cette augmentation de taux d`hormone traduise une détresse physiologique de plus en plus importante des animaux qui arrivent.
