Summary:V tej magistrski nalogi bom predstavila tematiko, katera me »obremenjuje« že celotno moje življenje. Namreč, že od otroštva naprej se borim z močno alergijo na mleko in mlečne izdelke, zato sem prikrajšana do uživanja veliko vrst hrane in predvsem priboljškov, ki so navadno izdelani iz mleka in mlečnih sestavin. Nekatere raziskave, ki jih bom tudi predstavila v tej nalogi namreč predvidevajo, da bo v prihodnje meni podobnih ljudi čedalje več, ponudba alternativnih izdelkov pa je na tržišču trenutno slaba, oziroma so sami izdelki neprivlačni in manj mikavni, kot izdelki za uporabnike, ki tovrstnih zdravstvenih težav nimajo. Celotno zgodbo bom predstavila na način, kot da bi jaz ustanavljala podjetje, ki bi na tržišču predstavila tak izdelek, ki bi bil primeren takim »ekstremnim« uporabnikom in kaj dejansko bi pri tem bilo pomembno upoštevati. Predstavila bom pomembnost embalaže izdelka za samo prodajo le-tega in tudi opravila pogovorne intervjuje z uporabniki, ki imajo zaradi svojega prehranjevalnega stila, težave pri nakupovanju, predvsem čokoladam, alternativnih izdelkov. In this master's thesis, I will present a topic that is "burdening" me all my life. Namely, since childhood, I have been fighting with a strong allergy to milk and milk products, so I'm deprived of the use of many types of foods and, in particular, treats / sweets that are usually made from milk and milk ingredients. In this thesis I will also present some of the research, which is foreseeing that in the future, there will be even more people with problems like I’m having, but on the other hand, there is currently poor offer of this kind of alternative products, or the products themselves are unattractive or less attractive than products for users who don’t have any health problems. I will present the whole story in the way, as if I were setting up a company that would present such a product to the market, that would be suitable for such "extreme" users and what would actually be important to take into consideration regarding that. I will present the importance of the product packaging for the sale of this product, as well as make conversations in the way of conversation with users who have problems with shopping, especially chocolates and alternative products due to their eating and life style.
