Description
Summary:Namen pokojninskih sistemov je zagotavljanje socialne varnosti starejših in prejemanje dostojne pokojnine. Kakšne so rešitve? The purpose of pension systems is to ensure the elderly's social security and for them to receive a decent amount of pension. Therefore, the goal of the government is to maintain a financially sustainable pension system, which in Slovenia is based on intergenerational solidarity. Due to various factors, pension systems worldwide face difficulties. What are the solutions? Are young people aware of the functioning of the pension system and the size of their pensions in the future? The youth are the ones who can make changes that will have an effect on the system that will work at the time they retire. It turned out young people are well aware of the functioning of the pension system. They therefore expect that their pensions will be too low and are well aware of the importance of additional savings and supplementary pension insurance for their future. Young people do not want to rely on the government, but want to provide a decent living on their own. They have many ideas on how to influence the employment of the elderly and the »pleasant« extension of the years of service. They are ready for change, and above all, young generations are very flexible, which can also be reflected in their career paths.
