Summary:V tem magistrskem delu smo želeli izdelati servis, ki nadzoruje delovanje strojev v proizvodnji. V primeru nepravilnega delovanja strojev in izjemnih dogodkov uporabnike o tem obvestimo. SCADA servis nadzoruje delovanje programabilnih logičnih krmilnikov (PLC), ki so priključeni na sam stroj in beležijo delovanje stroja in stanje njegovih parametrov. Servis smo testirali v proizvodnji zahtevnih odkovkov in struženih delov, kjer se je izkazal za zelo učinkovito orodje, saj v realnem času ugotavlja delovanje strojev in pokaže kateri stroji so bolj učinkoviti kot drugi. Servis smo povezali z dvema tipoma PLC-ja, in sicer s Siemensovim PLC in PLC-ji, ki smo jih izdelali sami. The aim of this master’s thesis is to make a service that controls operation of the machines in production. When improper machine operations and exceptional events occur, we inform the end users about such events. Our SCADA service controls operations of programmable logic controller (PLC), which is connected to a machine and records data from the machine as well as the state of its parameters. SCADA service was tested in production of demanding forgings and turned parts and has turned out to be a very efficient tool for detecting operation of the machines in real time and showing which machines work more efficiently than others. We connected our SCADA service with two types of PLCs, namely Siemens PLC and PLCs that we made ourselves.
