Summary:Čas izvajanja številnih poslovnih procesov se z razvojem sodobnih tehnologij naglo skrajšuje. Poslovne procese, ki so nam včasih lahko vzeli tudi do več tednov, smo danes zmožni opraviti že v nekaj sekundah. Govorimo o hitro spreminjajočem se poslovnem okolju. Podjetja se tega izziva problema lotevajo na različne načine. V svoje strategije vpeljujejo nove prijeme in načine poslovanja. Veliko podjetij tako uporablja zunanje izvajanje aktivnosti oziroma, kot ga v literaturi pogosto imenujejo, outsourcing. To pomeni, da podjetja predajajo nekatere svoje dejavnosti zunanjemu izvajalcu, ki jih opravi namesto njih in to stori učinkoviteje ali pa z nižjimi stroški, kot če bi te aktivnosti opravljali sami v podjetju. Lahko gre za ključne dejavnosti, takrat govorimo o strateškem zunanjem izvajanju, lahko pa tudi za tiste manj pomembne poslovne procese podjetja. Podjetja tako skrbno znižujejo stroške in hkrati povečujejo kakovost, da bi obdržala ali povečala svoje konkurenčne prednosti. Na podlagi teh spoznanj smo v prvem delu diplomskega dela opredelili pojem zunanjega izvajanja aktivnosti in opisali njegov razvoj v preteklosti vse do danes. V nadaljevanju diplomskega dela smo podrobneje opisali procese, ki pripeljejo podjetje do točke, da izbere to obliko strateškega odločanja, ter procese odločanja znotraj samega zunanjega izvajanja aktivnosti. Na koncu smo opredelili korake, ki naj bi jim podjetje sledilo za uspešno načrtovanje, implementiranje in upravljanje zunanjega izvajanja aktivnosti. Pozneje smo se v teoretičnem delu osredotočili na logistiko in na zunanje izvajanje v logistiki. V diplomskem delu smo se lotili raziskave aktivnosti in dejavnosti podjetja Colligo, d. o. o., ki temelji na principu procesa zunanjega izvajanja v odnosu z drugim podjetjem, ter vpliva, ki ga zunanje izvajanje ima na samo podjetje. Na podlagi pregleda literature smo si zastavili raziskovalno vprašanje, ki sprašuje po aktivnostih, ki jih podjetje Colligo, d. o. o. opravlja za drugo podjetje znotraj procesa zunanjega izvajanja, Podatke smo pridobili s pomočjo raziskovalne metode spraševanja, in sicer s polstrukturiranim intervjujem direktorja podjetja Colligo, d. o. o. Na raziskovalno vprašanje smo odgovorili s postavitvijo odprtega vprašanja. With the development of modern technologies, the timing of many business processes is rapidly decreasing. Before, the business processes took several weeks to finish them, but now we are able to do them in a matter of seconds. We are talking about a rapidly changing business environment. Companies face this problem in different ways. They introduce new approaches and ways of doing business in their strategies. Many companies thus use outsourcing activities, or, as the process is often refer to in literature, outsourcing. This means that companies transfer some of their activities to an outside contractor who performs them in their stead, and they do that more efficiently or at a lower cost than if they did it in the company. Those activities can vary from key activities, we are talking about strategic outsourcing, to those less important business processes of the company. Companies carefully lower their costs and at the same time increase quality in order to maintain or increase their competitive advantages. On the basis of these findings, in the first part of the thesis, we defined the concept of outsourcing activities and described its development from the beginning and up to today. In the continuation of the thesis we described in more detail the processes that lead the company to the point of choosing this form of strategic decision making, as well as decision-making processes within the very outsourcing of the activity itself. Later on, in theoretical part, we have focused more on logistic and logistic outsourcing. Finally, we defined the steps that the company should follow for successful planning, implementation and management of outsourcing activities. In the diploma thesis we studied the activities of Colligo, d. o. o., based on the principle of the outsourcing process, in relation to another company, and the impact that the outsourcing has on the company itself. On the basis of a literature review, we have raised a research question that asks about the activities that Colligo, d. o. o. performs for another company within the outsourcing process. We obtained the data using the research method of questioning, with a semi-structured interview of Colligo's d.o.o. director. We got the answer to the research question by asking an open question statements.
