Summary:Namen raziskave je ugotoviti stališče anketirancev glede pomembnosti pravilnega načrtovanja počitka, na podlagi veljavne zakonodaje ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri so delavci seznanjeni z veljavno zakonodajo, ugotoviti, ali delodajalci pri organiziranju počitka upoštevajo veljavno zakonodajo in ugotoviti, ali se spremembe v Sloveniji ujemajo s spremembami, ugotovljenimi v raziskavah Eurofounda (2012 in 2015). V raziskavi je sodelovalo 100 naključno izbranih zaposlenih v podravski regiji. V teoretičnem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo, v empiričnem delu pa kvantitativno metodologijo. Raziskovalni inštrument je bil anketni vprašalnik, sestavljen iz 23 vprašanj, ki je bil posredovan anketirancem v elektronski obliki, preko elektronske pošte in delno tudi v pisni obliki. Ugotovili smo, da ni bila ženskam v primerjavi z moškimi večkrat kršena pravica do počitka (p=0,404). Potrdili smo, da si večina anketirancev želi sprememb v sami organizaciji delovnega časa (p=0,000). Zaposlene je potrebno ozavestiti o zakonu o delovnih razmerjih. Saj smo z našo raziskavo ugotovili, da veliko zaposlenih ni seznanjenih z njihovimi pravicami in so jim posledično pravice tudi velikokrat kršene. Počitek je pomemben, saj zmanjšuje stres, ki se kopiči na delovnem mestu, in posledično zmanjšuje obolevanja delavcev. Menimo, da je najbolj pomembna dobra in pravilna organizacija počitka, saj lahko z dobro organizacijo zmanjšamo nezadovoljstvo zaposlenih, jim izboljšamo njihovo socialno življenje in zdravje. The purpose of the study is to determine the position of the respondents regarding the importance of proper planning periods, determined on the basis of existing legislation, the extent to which workers are familiar with applicable laws, to determine whether employers to organize the rest into account the current legislation and to determine whether changes in the Slovenia match the changes identified in Eurofound surveys (2012 and 2015). The study included 100 randomly selected employees in the Podravska region. In the theoretical part we are using descriptive method, while the empirical part quantitative methodology. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions, which was sent ankentirancem in electronic form, via e-mail, and partly in writing. We have found that women were not compared to men repeated violations of the right to rest (p = 0.404). We confirmed that the majority of ankentirancev wants to change themselves in the organization of working time (p = 0.000). Employees need to be made aware of the Employment Act. Because our research has found that many employees not familiar with their rights, and they are consequently rights also violated many times. Rest is important because it reduces the stress that accumulates in the workplace, and consequently reduces the morbidity of workers. We believe that the most important good and proper organization of rest because of good organization can minimize employee dissatisfaction, they improve their social life and their health.
