Summary:Za diplomski projekt smo izbrali naslov ¨Stres pri zaposlenih v podjetju Solitus PLUS s. p.¨, saj je stres prisoten v službi, prav tako pa se tudi sami bojujemo z njim v vsakdanjem življenju in se morda velikokrat ne zavzamemo zanj in njegove posledice. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil ugotoviti, kaj pojem stres pomeni, katere vrste stresa poznamo in tudi kako se s stresom spopademo. Na primeru podjetja smo ugotavljali intenzivnost stresa, prisotnega pri delavcih v podjetju. Diplomski projekt je razdeljen na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični ter empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo stres opredelili in opisali njegovo zgodovino, nato smo tudi predstavili različne modele stresa. Nadalje smo spoznali simptome stresa in njegove negativne posledice. Raziskali smo načine za premagovanje teh pritiskov ali z drugimi besedami stresa. V raziskovalnem delu smo se poglobili v podjetje ter ga analizirali s pomočjo poglobljenega intervjuja. Intervjuvali smo dva zaposlena individualno. Z opravljenim poglobljenim intervjujem smo raziskali, ali so morda zaposleni v stresu in kako stres nanje vpliva. Na podlagi analize smo dve postavljeni hipotezi ovrgli ter eno sprejeli. Rezultat poglobljenega intervjuja je pokazal, da je delo v podjetju Solitus PLUS s. p. precej stresno, vendar ga poskušata delavca čim bolje omiliti. To pomeni, da na njunem delovnem mestu stresno in da bi ta problem lahko rešili s povečanjem števila zaposlenih, kar bi pripomoglo k razbremenitvi stresa na zaposlenega. Uvedli bi lahko več krajših odmorov in razne delavnice za učenje tehnik sproščanja ter s tem pripomogli k zmanjšanju stresa in omogočili lažje delovanje zaposlenih v podjetju. We have chosen the title ‘Stress Among the Employees in the Company Solitus PLUS s. p.’ for our thesis because stress is present both at the workplace as well as in everyday life. We often have to fight stress and we are usually unaware of it and its consequences. The goal of the thesis was to discover what the term 'stress' means, which types of it we know, and also how to deal with it. The idea is based on an example of the company we were discovering the density of stress among the employees. Thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we defined stress and talked about its history, and we also presented different models of stress. Moreover, we have discovered various symptoms of stress and its negative consequences. We have researched different ways of overcoming stress. In the empirical part, we focused on the previously mentioned company, and we analysed it with the help of a thorough interview. We have separately interviewed two of the employees. With the thorough interview, we researched if the employees were in stress and if they were how it affected them. With the help of the analysis, we were able to dismiss two of our hypotheses and confirm one. The results of the thorough interview show that working for the company Solitus PLUS s. p. is somehow stressful, but the workers are trying to lessen it as much as they can. That means that their work is stressful and that stress could be reduced with increasing number of employees, which would have an impact in reducing the stress on a single employee. They could have several short breaks and various workshops for teaching the workers how to relax, and therefore help with reducing stress and enable an easier working routine for the employees in the company.
